9 ropeway installations by Doppelmayr

These days, the first ones of a total of 50 trucks will start the more than 4000 km long travel from Wolfurt to Azerbaijan. They deliver parts for 9 ropeway installations which are to be built there by Doppelmayr and which will be the first Doppelmayr installations in Azerbaijan.

By order or the Ministry of Culture and Tourism a new winter and summer destination is created in Shahdag – 180 km north-west of Baku – on the slopes of the Caucasus Mountains until 2012 with Doppelmayr as the exclusive supplier of all ropeway installations.
